General Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped the same day we receive them. However you must
order by 3pm EST to get your order shipped the same day. If you wish to
have a UPS or USPS tracking number sent to you, please include this request in
the "Special Instructions" area of your shopping cart, upon checkout.
We ship Vitaly-TEAź orders by UPS
(United Parcel Service) and Agaricus (ABM) USA and International orders via
USPS (United States Postal
Service). A signature is required upon receipt of Agaricus orders.
If you ordered Agaricus (ABM) within the USA, then you will get a separate email
from the USPS containing your "Priority Mail" tracking number. If you have
ordered Vitaly-TEA and wish to have a UPS tracking number emailed or called into you, please include this request in
the "Special Instructions" area of your shopping cart (upon final checkout).
We will then email (or call you) with your tracking number after your order has shipped.
Unless specifically noted, shipping is not included within the price of the products shown on this website.
To check your order shipping cost, add the item to the shopping cart, enter your ZIP
code (or country) and the shopping cart will automatically calculate your shipping cost.

International Order Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse
shipment to certain countries we deem too difficult to import through
your customs. If we refuse your shipment, we will not process your order and
will notify you via email.
If your order was processed by not shipped, a complete refund will be issued
immediately.
Save On Shipping TIP: With a weight of almost 4lbs per bottle Vitaly-TEA is relatively
heavy to ship. Due to UPS shipping cost dynamics, the cost for shipping
two, three, or four bottles (in a single box) is often only a fraction more than shipping
just one
bottle. This means means your cost of shipping - per bottle - is
reduced substantially if you order two, three, or four bottles - per box - versus one bottle.
So, if you want to save on shipping
cost-per-bottle think "two or more to a
box!"
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAILING
OR FAXING US YOUR ORDER:
Use the shopping cart feature above, click the "Add to Cart" button and then
choose "Check Out Now". Then choose option "Order by Check/Money Order through
Postal Mail" or "Order by Credit Card using FAX". You may send us a check (drawn on US bank accounts only), a money
order (in US Dollars only), or include your credit card number (use with "Order by
Credit Card through Postal Mail" or "Order by Credit Card using FAX"). Once your order information is filled in, you
will be able to then print this order form from your web browser, and then mail it to us
(or fax it to us. Our toll-free fax number is printed on your form).
If mailing in your order, you must physically mail
this order to us because this order is NOT sent to us via email. Health+Plus's mailing address is shown on the order form.

OrderReturns/Refunds:
In order to get a refund, we must get your order returned
to us within 60 days of your purchase. Once we receive your returned
order, we will issue your refund. We are not responsible for the cost of
returning your order to us. We do not refund the shipping costs on
